Azadeh Allen is a successful entrepreneur and visionary.  Having obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice, she further pursued her Masters and Postgraduate Degree in Criminal Law, Intelligence, and Crime Analysis as well as Behavior Analysis. Application of these skill sets helped promote a successful career serving the US Government protecting Americans from foreign and domestic threats. Her dedication and commitment stands strong to serve and protect people around the world using her expertise in counterterrorism, intelligence and national security. 

Her passion to serve people stems from her childhood. Being born in Tehran, Iran, at a very young age, she discovered herself advocating and being a voice for others. She promoted equality, opportunities, and being able to enjoy liberation in life. She stands for justice and freedom for humanity. Growing up in Iran planted a seed of becoming a leader and making a difference in the society. 
Driven by a deep-rooted passion to cause transformation in peoples’ lives, she resourcefully uses her elite skills and knowledge to train people in the areas of leadership, mental toughness, and emotional intelligence. At her roots, she stands for the foundation of equality, opportunities, justice and freedom. She has been instrumental in saving many lives and protecting people globally. 

Hamid Reza Gharib

Hamid Reza Gharib has more than 25 years of experience in building high performance teams, leadership development and breakthrough project management. He has worked effectively with individuals and corporations in training, developing and coaching more than three thousand people. Hamid is a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Coaching. He holds a B.Sc. in psychology from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Electronics from the Institute of Technology in Tehran. Hamid is bilingual in Farsi and English. He has worked as a senior manager and program leader for various international educational corporations. He has contributed largely to NGOs and charities in the Middle East.
